There have been zero repercussions for him his entire life while you all cheered him on and brought him to power not once but twice.

We still have a functioning judiciary as well and we have several larger organizations fighting to change our undemocratic first past the post system of elections to avoid another ~smol pp~ situation in the future. Our timelines are very different. There is no comparison.
