Never pull over for an unmarked vehicle. You can buy all those lights off Amazon and it is really easy to install red and blue lights. Call 911 and ask for an officer. The only time an actual cop driving an unmarked vehicle is going to light you up is if you are doing something really egregious like driving 100 in a 55, waving a gun around, driving drunk, or all three. Also be especially cautious of beat up crown vics that say POLICE and no real agency identifiers. ICE is doing this shit too but so are muggers and rent-a-cops.

Be familiar with the states traffic code on 1st responder lights. Dead give away to call 911 if it’s red/white, or all blue in a state where it’s blue and red for law enforcement.

edit: gonna add check your area’s local laws for officers use of unmarked vehicles. Thanks to commenter.

This depends on the area. Local and sheriff’s department officers around here frequently are in unmarked vehicles even when sitting in the median and giving tickets for simple speeding. They’ll be walking up to your vehicle in full uniform though.

Quote “Delaware State Police are investigating and advise drivers to be cautious during traffic stops, recommending pulling over in well-lit areas and verifying officer credentials.”

This will work so well when ICE agents have so far refused to provide identification, all wear masks, and AFAIK are NOT authorized to do traffic stops.

If an unmarked car flashes lights at me, I’m on with 911 before I pull over to verify it’s legit.

ICE and the administration bear some responsibility for this, because they have normalized “anonymous snatch and grab.”

      It’s not the first time…

It only took a week or two before that one lady kidnapped her ex’s new gf and tried to drive from last ke Florida to Texas for some reason.

Even then, thieves have been doing it as cops for over a decade, exactly like in this article.

I just saw a different article where a guy got arrested for dressing up as ICE and demanding he be let I to a police station so he could salute all the deputies. Or that guy who tried to “citizen arrest” his dead then cut his head off for resisting and claimed self defense.

I’ll take a couple stick up thieves wearing a vest over the nutjobs who honestly believe they’re authorized to execute anyone who doesn’t do what they say.

Bunch of fucking Eric Cartmans runner ng around

It’s 2025, if people can’t parse an autocorrect error by now, that’s on them. Our brains literally fix them as we’re reading most of the time.

I don’t put anywhere near as much thought into my comments or “message” as people always seem to think though.

All these ICE impersonators make me wonder if refugees & illegal immigrants should impersonate ICE. 🤔

Jesus. If you’re going to do a crime dressed as ICE, at least smite someone who deserves it for once! Prime targets are the homes of wealthy Republicans, conservative politicians, and Evangelical churches.

I’m really surprised none of these impersonators have been shot at yet unless I’ve missed a story

I wonder what evidence, if any, the local police were using to conclude that they were impersonators.

        ++this.

If you’re already driving around with a mask and a gun kidnapping people, why not get some extra money on the side with robbery?

Probably one of the “dangerous illegal attacks poor little ICE officers!”
