  • He should probably write another letter to Mitch McConnell with with more terse language for enabling all this idiocy that lead to the sudden loss of his profits and jobs for the Americans he so cherishes. The word “retaliatory” needs to be dropped from future letters and maybe he should pick up a history book to cure himself of ignorance about how tariffs work. Oh who am I kidding, it’s easier to just blame everyone else! (/s there on the last sentence)

Democrats should be doing a lot of things instead of waiting around for those “good” billionaires to show up. Both parties need to split and take huge chunks of resources with them to form a party that actually does represent the majority. This has happened before in American history but, at this point, it’s just wishful thinking I guess.

  • From the linked court document in the article: https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.insd.215482/gov.uscourts.insd.215482.99.0.pdf?ref=404media.co

“For the reasons set forth above, the Undersigned, in his discretion, hereby RECOMMENDS that Mr. Ramirez be personally SANCTIONED in the amount of $15,000 pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11 for submitting to the Court and opposing counsel, on three separate occasions, briefs that contained citations to non-existent cases. In addition, the Undersigned REFERS the matter of Mr. Ramirez’s misconduct in this case to the Chief Judge pursuant to Local Rule of Disciplinary Enforcement 2(a) for consideration of any further discipline that may be appropriate”

Mr. Ramirez is the dumbass lawyer that didn’t check his dumbass AI. If you read above the paragraph I copied from, he gets laid into by the judge in writing to justify recommendation for sanctions and discipline. Good catch by the judge and the processes they have for this kind of thing.

  • The type steel they used isn’t easily bendable. In fact, it’s a very expensive process just to get the panels in the shape they are. You also have to replace a whole panel if it gets damaged. Instead of snapping / drilling things into place, I’m guessing this is why they just slap Elmer’s glue on with " the highest quality allowed by law" (Tesla’s words) 3M blue tape. It’s $100k for a reason, but a reason that creates maximum turd polishing for people that bought it.

I may not have an academic paper available or spoke to lead expert Dr. Plumber McPlumbface to get a quote, but I do know that every time someone in my house flushed wet wipes over time, my pipes backed up not once, not twice, but three times. The plumber told us “These things keep us in business.” When wet wipes were no longer flushed down the toilet, the pipes have not backed up since. I guess it is safe to assume 1. An expert, who fixes things that may make you question life in general, told me that wet wipes are the problem. 2. I stopped doing the thing the expert told me to do and the problem has stopped. 3. I am now corroborating with a random person on the internet in the hopes that common knowledge is formed or some asshole posts a scientific research article. Welcome to conversations of discovery! I don’t even know why I posted here. It just stuck out.
