Every time I see these posts, I feel as though you folks haven’t been taking good care of yourselves and that makes me a bit sad. You’re some of the most tolerable people on the internet! And that’s genuinely high praise.
Idk. If you’re always tired and need 10 hours of sleep everyday, there might be something wrong with your lifestyle. Being active is what gives me energy.
When you work 10 hours a day of hard labor work ( both mentally and physically ) and you come home to a farm, do some cycling/strenght training with weights on the side you do need 8-9 hours of sleep every day ( I on average do 24k steps a day so somewhat active )

I mean I guess so. But I dont think this is a really common lifestyle.
Where I live that’s the most common lifestyle, so my view is molded by that

I’m 37 and I thoroughly enjoy going to the club, festivals, and sometimes raves.
