Thank God. The end result if that wasn’t blocked would have been bad. Hopefully the Supreme Court blocks it also. Doubt they will though.
By my read, this temporary injunction applies ONLY to the plaintiff states - Washington, Arizona, Illinois, and Oregon. It doesn’t stop it from being applied in the rest of the country.

No – Trump is perfectly aware that the thing is going to get overturned on constitutional grounds.
The point of this is to keep Trump constantly in the news “fighting” for something that supporters want without actually needing to do anything.
