i’m thinking about 1000 to 2000 UI daily should get the job done on that side. I don’t see it as a solution, but my family is deficient anyways, I’ll see what it does
Not a solution, of course. Just a component. Vitamin D deficiency has so many symptoms, it needs to be eliminated as a factor before addressing others.
