I’ve come to truly dislike London over about half a dozen visits. You wait forever to pay a lot for something very average, and the buzz of the city is a little hostile and up it’s own ass.
My wife went without me recently for a two day spin and stayed in one neighborhood the entire time, so no long trips to go to a restaurant or theater anywhere she wouldn’t walk from where she was staying and she said it was much nicer of any previous experience, so maybe that’s the trick.
