Maybe someone else remembers, but I swear there was a case of a known Black Panther in the 60s/70s who shot and wounded a cop that was illegally arresting and brutalized his comrade, and the court ruled the shooting of the pig justified because there was no cause for arrest and the cop was plain-clothed I think. I can’t imagine that ever happening today.
