I think people often mistake big as heavy and don’t even try. But also, wingspan does help with gripping things in ways to avoid the weight having high leverage. I don’t think I’m strong for my size.
Oh for sure, people like to prejudge people or make snap judgements
I’m 5ft 3, outwardly I look like I have squishy arms and am smol so people assume I’m weak. That is until I lift something they’d struggle with. Like holding a sofa up by myself while we moved. I also have fun lifting my wife who is taller than me ^^
Helped with move the other day and still able to lift things at almost 3 months into hrt. 😎 Curious how the next move will be though. 😰
