What I meant by my comment is that 1ms = 1/1000s, and the prefix “milli” is metric, ik time isnt metri, I should’ve explained that differently in my previous comment cus it indeed imply that time is metric. Thank you for correction!

Thats not what my question was about. I asked which ethnicity in America has biggest breast size, since there is no “American” ethnicity, American is only a nationality.
American citizens consists of 100+ ethnicities, am I supposed to guess which one is it map about?
