It’s a ripoff. I was shocked with my last one years ago (was $400 and I’m not even sure what they did). I just do it myself these days w/ the help of YT. Not for everyone but once you do it once it’s easy.

So the praying mantis is still hiding in my studio. I believe it’s a male and I don’t have the heart to tell it its head could be devoured upon sexy time. If it were smart it should get a little mantis helmet.

It is doing a wonderful job with flies though.

Another year, another ‘Rod run’ car show down here where people show off they’re stupidly exxy hot rods. Some of them are absolutely bonkers. Sounds like they’re hooning at the start of the bellarine highway but in reality they’re probably the most careful drivers on the road heh. Definitely worth a look if you’re into that sort of thing. I’m not but it’s impressive how much coin and time they put in. I wonder how many of them have aircon cause tm will be brutal if they don’t.
