Yeah this is it, your will gets crushed after about a decade of office work, which is kind of shameful so you end up projecting it into anyone still optimistic enough to do self improvement or activism or whatever is happening… Maybe the media directs a lot of it
They aren’t produced according the their genes. They don’t affect DNA like viruses do. They are a removed lower energy configuration of a protein. When the removed protein bumps into a healthy form of itself, the forces between the molecules pull the healthy protein into the prion shape. Then they go their separate ways, exponentially eating holes through tissues.
The protein targeted by CWD is different in cervids, it has like an extra loop that is important for its function. So if a CWD prion bumps into the human version of the protein, nothing happens. But, if some weird interaction allowed it to actually work, it’s feasible a human prion could be created.
What is the moral principle? Utilitarianism? Virtue ethics? Like of course Marxists have a political goal but isn’t Marxism just “actually societies evolve according to understandable principles and here’s how that works out”. Or is that just dialectical materialism, and Marx developed other ideas outside of diamat and they all get lumped into “Marxism”?
This question doesn’t actually make sense because the mathematical ideas are either right or wrong, inherently. There would be no dialectical process of development, or if there is, it would exist in the material minds of the people debating
I’m asking about the artificially narrowed scope of the dialectical interchange between the ideas mid debate. Just the changing conceptualizations and support for the ideas changing based on the interplay between them. What is that called?
