The Senate is working through the weekend on a $95.3 billion foreign aid bill with assistance for Ukraine and Israel, but it may still be days until a final vote as GOP Sen. Rand Paul continues to slow the process.
Republicans presently have only a one member margin in their majority. So, you are saying there are no Republicans that will vote for a foreign aid package. I don’t think that’s the case.
Jeffries has said that a discharge petition is not off the table.

2/3 of congress would need to vote for it. I really do not see that many Republicans willing to go along with Democrats right now.
Actually, a discharge can move it out of rules. In any case, we’ll have to see what happens.
They should do that with th border deal as a whole. JFC this Congress is a joke. Do nothing republicans.
Border security can’t get through the Senate, so it really makes no sense to try the House.
