    There is no such thing as a labor shortage. Just a shortage in what the owners are willing to pay for the labor and its relationship with the end profit goals.

    Can’t pay more and still profit “enough” or at all? Seems like your business failed. Welcome to the “market” you pretend to know so much about.

    The few workers who did show up said many had heard through social media that ICE set up checkpoints on the Washington-Oregon border and that agents were raiding orchards.

    They’ve arrested American citizens and government officials.

    Gestapo ICE did this.

    Apparently, there are less deportations than his first term it’s simply being done more dramatically. In addition, they’re engaging no due process and picking people up AT WORK.

    Of course no one wants to pick cherries. There’s probably an ICE van or three parked out by the orchards, waiting, to feed the public misinformation campaign after picking up people with a ok to be here, trying to engage honest labor.
