Since the only way to stop the cloud trails are not to fly they should just shut down air traffic in those states. Refuse flyovers. Let’s go race to the bottom

They should also ban the Loch Ness monster, Bigfoot and the other kind of aliens.

Worried about chemtrails, don’t believe in global warming. Worried about fluoride, aren’t concerned about lead in the drinking water. Worried about vaccines causing autism, aren’t worried about factories releasing PFAS into the environment. Worried about what they teach at Harvard, majority of voter base has no college degree. Worried about Bruce Springsteen, see nothing wrong with Kid Rock. Worried about immigrants, love Columbus Day.

The entire right wing political body in 2025 is made up exclusively of people you can put on an idiot -> evil scale.

Neoliberalism was the final idea to come from the culmination of right wing thought—and it fucked everything up.

Everything the right has done since the end of the 80s is desperate powerlust, because this is it for them, there’s no rational reason to believe that right wing politics will benefit the average voter. So they do everything they can to pull anyone they can into an alternative reality where the point of their existence is still valid.

If these states were really worried about chemtrails, they’d invest in high speed rail.

They think Chemtrails are different from normal contrails, like there’s a secret switch in the cockpit of certain airliners that dumps mind control drugs into the air. They don’t actually have any interest in reducing emissions, they’re just mad about the liberal mind virus spray.

The concept of a “psy-op” orchestrated to destabilize a population was a conspiracy theory 10 years ago.

Today we’re seeing the result of the most successful and widespread psy-op in human history.

At least eight states, including Florida and Tennessee, have now introduced … legislation to prohibit “geo-engineering” or “weather modification”

So, nothing to do with chemtrails and specifically addresses geo-engineering and weather modification. Cloud seeding is a thing and dispersing particulates to reflect sunlight has also been much discussed. These states simply don’t want it happening in their state.

Heheh. Yeah. Except they don’t think it’s cloud seeding. They just don’t have another way to say “it’s illegal to spray the woke mind virus”

I didn’t see the states listed. Just mentions Louisiana, Tennessee, and Florida. I’m assuming it’s the usual suspects (southern states and a few midwestern ones).

Okay, so didn’t the government release an airborne poison over St Louis I think it was? I mean, the chemtrail conspiracy is way overblown and plenty crazy…

But, is it really true to say they are entirely a fiction?

I guess I’m gonna have to try to hunt down where I heard the claim about government testing a chemical weapon on civilians. But considering the horrific shit they’ve done that’s confirmed (Ludlow massacre, bombing a civilian neighborhood in Tulsa, Kent State… It’s an ugly, and not at all short, list), it’s plausible to say the least.

Nobody is arguing that the government is too moral to do such a thing. They’re saying that contrails are a well understood phenomena and would be a lousy way to distribute chemical weapons.

If your a history buff, check out footage of ‘agent orange’. Did they spray that from B52s at the roof of the troposphere? No, cargo planes flying low. (and slow)

Discharge from fossil fuel processing and power generation is known to cause health problems in humans and that junk is dispersed a few hundred meters into the air to keep ground levels below pollution thresholds.

Chemtrails is a stupid idea that could only satisfy the least curious mind.

solving the first problem is probably easier than explaining the complex physics to everyone with the current education system. A more inclusive government would also improve the education system and lead to better understanding, too.

There are planes that specially spray something, so “entirely a fiction” depends on where you actually draw the line. But all the standard bullshit is make up nonsense.
