      You can bring your current Subscriptions, Blocks, and favorited comments/posts by exporting your Account Settings JSON file, located in your account settings page as an ‘Export’ button toward the bottom right.

      You can then use that file to import all those things at your new instance! :D

      I don’t know of one, but it’s not too bad if you’re using the Web UI to just copy-paste and click subscribe on each, unless you have a lot more subscriptions than I do.
