86 is about throwing someone out, not getting violent, but everything is off the constitutional rails right now.

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines the term as to “refuse to serve (a customer)”, or to “get rid of” or “throw out” someone or something.

86 is a restaurant term to remove a product from the menu, typically it is done due to running out of a key ingredient. It has since seen some broader use.
In this situation it is meant as a call for Dear Leader’s removal from office; a call for impeachment, conviction, and removal. The regime is purposefully misinterpreting the meaning and deeming it to be a thought crime.
