Pad Thai chicken, broccoli & rice…much better than the pasta we had during the blackout yesterday.

We had a nation wide blackout, along with Portugal, about 12 hrs.
First time anything like this has happened here on such a scale.
Oh shit.
Grabbed some supermarket sushi on the way to a meeting. Wasn’t too bad really. Now it’s McDonald’s for dinner. Disgusting 😔 but the CBF factor is high.
Leftover braised steak and onions with toast.
Easy meal tonight. Spag Bol, and the neighbor is going to cook it for me.
