Turkey, refried beans, green chilies, etc . Home made cheese sauce.

Cost per person: $3.50 per person because the turkey was free and I canned it for long term storage.

    One thing I hated when I was in the US years ago, was their nachos. Why, WHY is the cheese liquid? Everything was wet, dripping, and soggy. It was nasty af

      Normally I melt the cheese directly on the chips. I only did a small amount of that here. I typically don’t go with cheese sauce but because I was doing a meat and beans topping instead of straight meat. Beans always make things soggy.
