    It sounds like a leave of absence might be a really good choice. Being so perpetually wired up and tense is no good, it doesn’t seem like one of those situations where you’ll get used to it and adapt, sounds like the path towards burnout instead…

    I struggle a lot with procrastination and work avoidance myself, but after many years I’ve been able to identify what combination of factors work for me. I can say that the uni setting often doesn’t work for me. Forcing myself to get through it has been like pulling teeth. So I strongly support you finding out what works for you as well and being gentle with yourself (while trying to survive the capitalist hellscape)!
