Bollards save lives
Not from attempted murder they don’t.
If they’re installed correctly… It can be exceptionally difficult to get around them.
They’re rarely installed correctly.
If someone was attempting to murder a person, bollards are not going to prevent them. They can just wait thirty seconds until the person leaves the protected walkway!
100% the driver is a PP supporter.
