If the president can defy the Supreme Court, what do we have left? WE NEED TO FLOOD THE STREETS, this is disgusting. Next time it’ll be you or your family, or your neighbor.

He’s probably already dead or they don’t want him to talk about what he has experienced so far.

I don’t think so. The goal of this regime was always to destroy the rule of law. They’ve made that clear since 2016.

They’re doing it because it’s illegal and unconstitutional. They’ve already admitted that they’re next step is to suspend rule of law for citizens.

There was never going to be a legal recourse against fascism - that’s not how it works.

Restitution and damages totaling $1 million per day to the family until he’s returned.

Y’all got to go to DC and all of Trump’s golf courses real soon, until Abrego Garcia is back or Trump is in a courtroom.

Police aren’t going to help, courts aren’t going to help, your House or Senate reps aren’t going to help when it’s your ass being disappeared. So it’s time to come together and defend your country before it’s too late.

Seriously though, what’s the move if the president ignores the courts? A regular citizen would be arrested. Who could arrest the president? I suppose impeachment is how the constitution defines the process by which a president should be removed, but can cops arrest him? Like 50 guys from the FBI forcing their way in?

This one is sticky because he is from El Salvador originally. So since he is there you can’t force the government to release their own citizen. Now the trump admin is refusing to request him back and pretending they don’t have to. But if they did actually try and El Salvador said no they wouldn’t have any real options.

Judiciary has never had the power to actually compel compliance, because none of the enforcement agencies are under their purview.
