Nowhere on the github page is the obvious question addressed: “why?”
So, obviously depends on the individual, but I’ve used a four-direction scroll wheel before, and while the functionality of the balls appears to be configurable, it looks like that’s what they’re rigging up the second ball to do in the screenshot.
