Turns out Mbin allows you to add hashtags you want to monitor on your community, and posts from the rest of the Fediverse will also be added to your community: @melroy@kbin.melroy.org @BentiGorlich@gehirneimer.de, pretty neat! I might create a dedicated post on !fedigrow@lemm.ee, that can maybe help grow some communities.

Posts from Pixelfed that the Pixelfed user specifically wanted to send to a Lemmy Community can still go there, if they’re @ mentioned, then.
