They rented it out to their friends for like half of what a similar place would cost. Then they sold it after their friend moved out. Not seeing how that’s so morally reprehensible. They as a couple had multiple properties yes. But as individuals before moving in together each had 1. And rhat is oerfectly fine. Nobody expects you to immediately sell your property when you move in with someone.
