    They’re panicking, and it’s making things worse.

    If they want to ruin the life of an upset woman for saying ‘Delay, Deny, Depose’, then they’re really telling us that your life is fucked whether you threaten the crime or commit it.

    This is just going to suggest to people that they may as well follow through if they’re going to get done in either way.

      Depose doesn’t mean kill. It means remove. Get rid of. I mean, the method is not specified, but I doubt she specified it

        I am certain that the people who work for a US Health Insurer hear far worse than that on any given day. Working any help desk role would put you on a collision course with this sort of comment.

        It is the inclusion of those three words that turned this woman into the example that they want to make.

    Am I the only one that thinks it’s ridiculous to act this way just because an upset person makes a threat in anger over the phone? Or over the web?
