According to a new press release issued by Patrick, “retailers exploited the [state’s] agriculture law to sell life-threatening, unregulated forms of THC to the public and made them easily accessible.”

Damn how strong is the weed in Texas if it’s life threatening? To add to that, if they’re worried about life threatening substances they better get to work banning alcohol too.

P.S. Nothing says FreedomTM like a ban.

I mean, Willie Nelson is 91 and it doesn’t seem to bother him at all.

CHS disease is getting around, and the blame is almost solely on unregulated cannabinoids in disposable D8-D10 vapes.

They see any cannabinoid as worthy of being pumped to 99% purity, when some have disastrous effects on some people’s stomachs and intestines.

Weed’s too popular with too many people. Hell we legalized medical like 4 years ago I think and then turned around and did recreational like last year in Missouri.

It’s a pretty red state, but we have legal weed and abortions

Decriminalized; it’s still illegal at the federal level. There has just been little to no political will to go after it. That may change.

Yeah, I live in a red state and on the front page of the newspaper was an article about a republican effort to legalize marijuana.
        Pretty interesting.

In Dallas we recently voted to decriminalize up to 4 ounces and Paxton immediately filed a lawsuit to try to block it.

I can’t imagine living in Texas without copious quantities of THC.

Texas makes itself shittier every single day. Ah well, if you don’t live there, fuck it.
