K (189?–?) Soviet pioneer. From Kazan, Tartarstan, USSR, K was diagnosed as a ‘transvestite’ in 1937.

She was given permission by the People’s Court to wear female clothing, her identity papers were changed to her female name, and her name was removed from the military recruitment rolls.

She was featured in a 1957 gynaecology textbook.

    So this is to say that you’re not thinking anything sexual, and it just happens?

    For me it did well after puberty. I could be focused on a math textbook and get erections. Also, pretty asexual though, so perhaps it just doesn’t lead sexual thought for me? If I orgasmed the night before, they were uncommon I think, but that meant my body got used to getting horny at bedtime, so it would prepare…

    Guess also sometimes people get them when they have to pee? I used to think erections were just something related to needing to pee until at least 6th grade and didn’t know they were called that.

    Either way, glad HRT change that pretty quickly.
