    The average American is about 80,000g. At 70% muscle, perhaps 55,000g of protein is a decent estimate of the protein in an American.

    How often is the average Chinese national eating more than an American worth of protein. Per year? That would be like 150g/day. That seems pretty excessive unless like they’re a body builder. If its in their lifetime, that’s like 2g/day and way too little.
