No he’s just a prick . He left Ohio as fast as he could then only came back to re establish residency when he wanted to run for office. He was living in California until then. He also way underperformed when he won, expected to win by 15+points but only won by 6 of I’m remembering correctly.
That may have a lot to do with the fact that he’s a politician in Ohio and Ohio is in the Rust Belt.
