They can handle one protest atone location. Make a list of20 protest sites, and pass it outto everyone. When the riot cops show up in force leave. Quickly. Move to another site. Keep forcing them to either pull outof a previous site, or spread themselves thin.
In democracy this works.
In fascism its not working because at some Point they just start Shooting and spread fear.
Peaceful protest works when you can humble someone into hearing you out. A sense of civility that understands it’s an alternative to violence.
It doesn’t work when they just send in federalized national guard and teargas you and shoot the press no matter how peaceful the assembly, because it is seen as violence to disagree loudly.
What are you even talking about here? Its certainly not anything related to overwhelming the limited logistic capabilities of law enforcement.
