Ok, you realize that some of the biggest UFO stories are from other countries, right?

You actually seem anti-American and racist. Making blanket statements on people’s education just because of where they live. Ewww…

What other countries do you degrade and make blanket assumptions about?

Ewww, you seem like a bigot! Yuck.

Nah, it isn’t that dramatic. I’m just an academic loosely interested in studies about the correlation between intelligence / eduction and the believe in fringe science or weird theories. It’s more exciting than “studying” UFOs ;-)

I agree that it is an interesting area of study. But it’s worth noting that a lot of highly educated, credible people–especially pilots, both civilian and military–have reported UFO encounters and take the subject seriously.

These aren’t fringe thinkers. So yeah, it’s important not to lean too hard on the idea that belief in this stuff only comes from the uneducated. The full picture’s more complex than that.

Stop worrying about UFOs and start reading about education. A world of knowledge will open up.

I’m not worried about UFOs. What are you going on about?

This is a UFO community, so I posted a UFO article. Which is appropriate subject matter for this community.

Did you not notice the name of the community you’re in?
