Can’t say I’ve just randomly had that kind of feeling, but I’ve had small amount of discharge without even having any feelings of arousal (physically or mentally), euphoria, warmness, etc without HRT. I tend to be extremely bad at recognizing my own emotions and sensations though, so my lack of noticing any such feelings doesn’t mean much. Wouldn’t be surprised if it happened more often and I just didn’t notice, but I was trying to be actively self-aware of such feelings that day in particular, so it was a surprising find when I went to go to the bathroom.
