As long as you aren’t saying things like “I’m autistic and I can do _____, so other people with autism should be able to do it too”, I don’t see the problem. And even if you had an official diagnosis, you still shouldn’t do that. Granted, I also don’t have any official diagnosis, so I just go with “probably autistic” to avoid accusations of stolen valor.
