Hm well some proteins do digest really fast but not beans as far as I know. Beats me.
It ends up being like 2.8 calories per gram while fat is still like 9 and sugars have no thermal loss so like 4 cal idk just in case it affects your math. With beans and veggies idk maybe you’re just too hardworking. Filling out shit missing from my multivitamin like potassium magnesium and iron helped a lot. Most of my health problems were just fake and caused by stuff like that so I’m not much help.
This is unintuitive but try vaping so much weed you transcend hunger. It also makes you a genius.
