My current workaround is RSS filtering everyone annoying, spammy, and several words related to “OH BOY BIG NEWS ABOUT TRUMP/KAMALA” posting

If you get 1/3 or most of your calories from protein hunger won’t bother you much and it becomes easier to notice the difference between cravings and hunger. This is really well backed up but if you just follow that rule of thumb you’re golden. This is the easiest way to restrict calories without ruining your energy or mental alertness.
