Nope, not all animals. There is just one lion with a mane…

It refers to that incident with the Maroon 5 singer.
ook@discuss.tchncs.deto Firefox@lemmy.ml•Does anyone else have issues with private browsing in the newest (141.0.0) Fennec release?1·8 hours agoIt still does all of that though? The only thing that stopped working was that you use the standard app shortcut to start it in private mode. And for that you can make a separate shortcut.
It still works if you follow a link from another app that it opens that in private mode. It still works that the browser closes tabs automatically after a set time and that it clears history fully upon quiting.
I am not sure what you are now missing.
What’s that supposed to mean? All of Lemmy servers are open to the public. Anyone can read all the messages even without any accounts? The decentralised parts mainly prohibit shutting down the whole network easily, taking out one server wouldn’t do much to the rest.
Yes? Why not?

ook@discuss.tchncs.deto PC Gaming@lemmy.ca•New Intel CPU can rival AMD in Steam Deck rivals, according to benchmark leakEnglish6·1 day agoI would also assume most people interested in SteamDecks don’t care too much about its performance. As long as it plays older titles well enough or newer games that are not cutting edge in game engines it is fine.

This actually isn’t necessarily censorship. This is more likely users deleting their comments when moving away from Reddit to… Surprise! Lemmy.
Back during the big move people made a lot of scripts and apps to do that for them and my unpopular opinion is that its been not a good thing to do. Unless they archive their answers somewhere else it is lost knowledge. I know I am pretty alone with that view so please don’t start a discussion again, I won’t reply.
