I’m using Skiff Mail with two custom domains.

If you find a solution, let me know.
For the time being I’m using this website, and cast it via Chromecast to my TV: https://stream2watch.pk/
Never. On any provider. I mainly use E2EE providers but even on others.
Yes. I use AltStore at the moment so every Sunday I manually refresh the sideloaded apps.
Sometimes it refreshes automatically when I’m on my Mac, but I prefer to do it manually anyway.
Tried Scarlet which allows more sideloaded apps but being captive to their certificate status isn’t for me. And I really only need YouTube and Spotify.
iPhone 13 Pro Max with sideloaded YouTube and Spotify. Also have Stremio + Torrentio + Real Debrid. When in need of offline content, I download from Real Debrid to my VLC folder on Files app and view on VLC.
I don’t trust them. Too many red flags.
UI has in fact improved but I still find some apps (specially for iOS) somewhat tacky.
Being launched by CERN scientists shouldn’t be a deciding factor.
But yes, Proton is as safe as it gets.
Proton Drive client for macOS is on beta right now.
We’re also beginning the beta for our upcoming macOS desktop app for Proton Drive. As with the other Proton betas, we’re starting with Proton Lifetime accounts today, with Visionary users to be invited later. While community feedback is always important, it’s especially vital at these early stages, so we will send beta invites via email based on our ability to keep up with the feedback. We’ll collect feedback both on Reddit and at drive@proton.me. Once the macOS app is released, we’ll also work on our planned Linux version.
The best advice you will ever receive is to not use a company’s provided phone on personal affairs.
2FAS on my iPhone with the browser extension on my MacBook.
When I need to enter the code on my laptop, I just click the icon extension, which pings my phone, I accept the request and it auto-fills.
Phones. Not iPhones. Phones.
Tresorit is the gold standard. Quite hard shoes to fill.
Start looking at safest e-mail providers before looking at safe e-mail clients. But yes, one of the safest.
I’m ashamed to admit that I had never ever bought a movie, a music album, a game or anything similar.
Not anymore.
I have found alternatives that suits my needs. Maybe that’s what’s missing in your experience.
Here’s my setup (sometimes I change providers, here are the current ones):
E-mail: Skiff Mail with two custom domains. One for health, gov, banking, … and other with a catch-all for my online and non important accounts. E-mail forwarding: DuckDuckGo E-mail Protection. As of right now, I deprecated this one. I have everything on my domains. Drive: MEGA | Filen | Skiff Drive | Proton Drive. I use the latter two as cold storage. Encryption software: Cryptomator Photo backup: Ente.io Password manager: Bitwarden MFA: 2FAS VPN: Proton VPN Browser: Brave Search Engine: StartPage | Brave Search | SearXNG depending on what I’m searching. YouTube: Invidious instance.
I have an iPhone and I would happily make the change to Android. They’re both great right now. Just be sure to pick a good Android phone. I believe that’s the problem to so much people.
I was using Transmission on macOS but since I pay for Real Debrid to use it with Stremio, all my torrenting goes through there now.
Bitwarden. Tried Proton Pass but ultimately stuck with Bitwarden.
It has been my password manager of choice for quite some time and I didn’t see any reason to change.
