I know it doesn’t work for Mbin for instance, but I’m not going to manually type !yepowertrippinbastards@lemmy.dbzer0.com every time

I was the one recommending this community. Seems like there are 3 or 4 posts a day, so it doesn’t seem like adding beginner posts would be an issue.
Lemmy has a smaller userbase, there isn’t enough people for very niche communities.
