Picked mine up this week. It’s good. Analog mode darkens very well as it goes. Digital is bright and clean, but still sounds very warm. Reverse at 100% mix is a sound scape wonder. I have two complainants and one is a first world problem. The tap delay button gets a decent timing after only two presses, which is great but I’m so used to like 4+ taps I almost accidentally change the speed. And I wish the foot switch input made it so the tap button became a modulation to direct on/off.

Still a dope pedal and I recommend.

The whole point of this episode is to challenge the viewer to think about the arguments. That’s all. Is it stupid as far as realism? Yeah it kinda is. But is it a subject matter many of the viewers at the time of it airing were thinking about? No.

I imagine the idea the writer had was “let’s challenge what the viewer thinks and/or feels without them knowing”. There’s a lot of that in ST throughout the years and I, for one have always been here for it.

It’s not the best episode, but it’s certainly not the worst.

Ehhh, Obama was a bastion of professionalism through some of the vilest shit said about him in public by other “professionals” for more than 8 years. He can say whatever he wants about Trump or anyone else, and he’s still super tame about it.

I mean, I know that’s tongue in cheek, but the results is the reason why.

As a 20+ year audio professional, the only way this happens is an engineer that either doesn’t know what they’re doing at all (so not a pro) or they aren’t getting paid enough and are very vindictive.

Literally thousands of open mic nights across the country run by teenagers getting paid nothing do a better job of preparing than this.

What happened to freedoms in America? It’s easy for a government to strip them after the people stop believing in them being important. Corporations are making free thought and self expression unimportant and dangerous and the gov’t will have no choice but to curb our freedoms in response. And we will cheer it on. I hate this shit.
