Yeah, teaching children about that AI exists, what it does and doesn’t is the same as raising a child as a nazi. What are you on about? Of course teaching about the cruelties of the nazis is crucial to prevent it from happening again.
Or are you saying this guy is an ai? And raising their children as ai? Nazis believing their children should become a nazi doesn’t mean the rest of society should not know and be thought about national socialism.
Fuck AI, but knowing about it is key to defeating it. Misinformation will not help destroy it.
So about someone who doesn’t get what the advantages of ray-tracing are?
Well, to play devil’s advocate: Confronting children with AI early on prepares them for what’s to come. If he teaches about the dangers, the advantages and disadvantages it’s good to do so early on so the kids can understand what they are dealing with. They will be exposed to it anyway so it’s good to talk and learn about it.
That being said: I don’t think this is what he meant by that.

The wild thing is: These are hundreds of mutations of several generations that happened randomly until it looked like this.

Maybe it’ll cost a fee. Maybe they’ll have age verification like steam, just enter your birthday. I hope at least.

Mass Effect. Even though it has its flaws, it was just an epic story, built up perfectly over three games. The ending is disappointing for some, but I really liked it. I was really excited for the sequels when the first one came out.
Ok, ich beiße. Es ist so unwahrscheinlich, dass ein Mercedes blinkt, dass das Bild von einer KI erstellt sein MUSS.

This. Also, don’t put them on the spot. If unsure, give your number and let them decide. If she’s interested, she’ll text, if not you haven’t forced her to make a decision on the spot.
NessD@lemmy.worldto Hardware@lemmy.world•The USB-C dream is dead and it’s too late to revive itEnglish1·1 month agoWhat I meant is that even low end usb is going to be capable of these speeds and power. Atm you’ll find lots of really cheap USB C cables not capable of that. Often using 2.0 as a standard. And: even if they claim they do 240W doesn’t mean they really do.
The cheaper it gets, the less it’ll be relevant to look up the specs of the cables.
Tbh it sounds like that’s the idea.
