There are vegan bakeries around me as well and they’re not that great. It’s fine for vegans, but it’s either objectively worse or not a baked good for just about anyone else. You really do NEED eggs to bake successfully. Making disgusting butter cookies isn’t a substitute or healthy.
Boomers are absolutely the guilible “me generation” that pulled the ladder up. Anything else is someone trying to grassroot the ideas that this all isn’t boomers fault. Old folks homes are filled with people who stole your children’s future so they could make a few bucks. That’s where our rage should be directed. Why should we pay for the parasites who ruined our country?
