I know some of the basics but I’m still confused about certain rules. When does an S become a SS and when does it become a $ (and what about $$)? I also don’t know how to handle words that don’t have an S or a K in them.
I was hoping to translate the core BDS list, but some of them are proving challenging:
- HP (Hewlett Packard)
- Siemans
- AXA
- SodaStream
- Ahava
- Sabra
- Puma
- Israeli fruits and vegetables
I was thinking something like HeWaffen PacKKKard and SSodaSStream but I’m not sure about the rest.
Thanks.
Edit: Forgot to list Puma
Your questions are understandable because you’re hitting the point in your MSE learning where the beginner vocabulary and syntax can’t keep up with the complexity of your communication needs. You’ll need to look into more advanced forms like semi-rhymes and contrary affixes. A simple and illustrative example of what I mean:
Beginner: United SState$ of AmeriKKKa
Intermediate: Disunited SSnake$ of AmeriKKKa
Disunited SSnake$ of AmeriKKKa
oh fuck i had forgotten about this one
SodaStream is obviously SSoda$tream, duh. Or is it $odaSStream? Fuck
obviously the former:
SSoda
as in nazi drink fanta
$tream
as in revenue stream
Maoism 201 material right here
SSabra for sure, SSieman$, depending on the local Maoist Standard dialect.
I was thinking with the fruits and veggies one I could do something with, “KKKarROT$”

Would it be poor taste to put the name of a genocide inside sabra?
potentially poor taste MSE version of sabra
SaNakbra
Furthermore, sabra is an objectively terrible hummus. BDS shouldn’t be necessary to not eat it. It’s overpriced as well.
Uh it’s already the whole name
