      The article says the law requires 25 mpbs for 15 bucks and 200bpsmbps for 20 bucks.

      Broadband as a label requires certain minimums in speed. That internet package is going to be a good deal. Wouldn’t be surprised if the ISPs find other ways to make it annoying though.
