You know what is entirely tasteless and has a texture so bad, it is practically inedible on its own? Wheat flour.

I like tofu. It’s great in pad thai, stir fry, tofu scrambles are pretty dope too. Like it isn’t exactly an obscure vegan thing, there are a ton of common east Asian dishes that incorporate it and are all pretty good. Contrapoints is also someone that would know that, not like she’s from a small town that wouldn’t have a decent Thai or Chinese place.
