The blame game is kinda pointless imo. We know what the issue is, neo-liberalism hollowing out productive forces, which include maintenance budgets.
Who does the maintenance? Do the maintenance people work for Boeing? Or are they licensed by Boeing? Or does Southwest run the whole deal?
Southwest sort of runs the whole deal for maintenance, for repairs they often have to use Boeing to affect the repairs.
