Their headline reads like cause and effect.
They could have even used the same words to make it more clear like this:

The difference is that for as stupid as Trump is, he isn’t going to come out and say there will be civil war because it makes him liable.
Now all of the redneck loser simps that think he is going to make women have sex with them and they’ll be free to rape, or the hateful hypocritical christians that think he’s going to usher in another inquisition and crusade so they can kill all the brown people and the disbelievers can say civil war with impunity.
