No country is doing it to anywhere near the scale to which the US is, just as no country but the US has over 750 overseas military bases around the world, and is building more to further encircle China. No other country constantly has multiple regime change operations in play around the world at the same time.

Everybody knows the USA does wrong things on a huge scale, and while that is true, the most vocal about it don’t care when the rest of the competing authoritarian regimes do worse things on a smaller scale.

I kinda see your point. Everybody knows the USA does wrong things on a huge scale, and while that is true, the most vocal about it don’t care when the rest of the competing authoritarian regimes do worse things on a smaller scale.
