    Merriam-Webster:

the deliberate and systematic destruction of a racial, political, or cultural group

How are the Palestinian communities not being deliberately and systematically destroyed? There is no “oopsie doopsie I just blew up and later colonized your homes” caveat. Also, had it not been for the US blocking resolutions, the world community, including the global south, would have denounced Israel long ago through the UN, opening for possible peace keeping troop deployment.

You realize there’s Palestinians outside of Gaza right?

Unless you’re going to claim being a terrorist is an inherent part of Palestinian culture, there’s no deliberate intent to destroy the culture of the people in the strip. The government? Well, they’re the ones stating they’re not responsible for the people, not to mention the literally millions of Arabs living just fine in Israel itself not under a terrorist regime.

The UN has denounced Israel dozens of times, they’ve got Iran on the human rights commission and the Saudis on the women’s Rights one, establishing the credibility of that body haha. You realize Israel has more womens rights violations taken up at the UN than Iran or Saudi? The only place women have equal rights to men in the region…Israel rightfully doesn’t gaf about what they think, the bias is beyond obvious.

This is a war. War is ugly. Unless you can name another ‘genocide’ that ends when the hostages are released, you don’t really have much of a case here. I suppose that’s why the ICJ has declined to intervene twice now. Hamas can end this, they’re choosing not to, as their leaders are openly saying, dead civilians works for them and against Israel in the pr battle.
