    I don’t know when Fallout 76 was written but, this exact theme is literally in Blast From the Past. An underground shelter made to look like outside so that if they spend long times in the shelter they don’t go stir crazy.

      Fallout 76 is a video game from 2018, and certainly got its idea from Blast From the Past.

      Kids these days just don’t know that gem of a movie exists.
