Jack Sweeney, the creator of an account tracking Elon Musk’s private jet in real time, has moved to Mark Zuckerberg’s Twitter-rival Threads after being suspended from Twitter last year.
It’s how plane tracking works, all flights are tracked in real time. Once the one he’s on has been pointed out you can track it on various apps and services.
My question is why we need it?
It is just returning the favour. These tech billionaires hoover up so much of our data, it only seems fair that we publicise their publically available data too.
Fair enough, looks like I don’t hate him to that level then as I still don’t see the point in wasting time to do something just because Elon seems to hate it and I certainly won’t let him live in my head rent-free.
I am with you on that.
Considering the massive hissy fit he’s thrown over it, it sounds like it was worth the time to me.
Agreed. It’s worth watching that asshole be upset. I don’t see or think about it any other time, but it’s fun to see him frustrated
Then don’t. Nothing in the world compells you to follow this account or even think about it. The point is to demonstrate that even billionaires aren’t about the law.
We don’t need it. Just like he doesn’t needs jets, yachts, multiple cars, houses, billions of dollars, tax loopholes.
I think it is in the public interest to know quite how much aviation fuel this plonker is singlehandedly burning through…
